We define the ways to measure profitability and the growth of your most profitable customer groups.

If you have fewer calls, complaints, questions, requests or expenses after launching your site, this is a good indication that we're headed in the right direction. Reduce actual measurable costs, and we're doing something right.

Don't count hits, count customers, because they're building equity. Emails are a good sign of participation, and credit card orders are even better.
