you have fewer calls, complaints, questions, requests or expenses
after launching your site, this is a good indication that we're
headed in the right direction. Reduce actual measurable costs, and
we're doing something right.
Don't
count hits, count customers, because
they're building equity. Emails are a good sign of participation,
and credit card orders are even better.
